At Indie Rose & Company, every product is made to order as soon as your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time. Please ensure that your order details (including size, color, and shipping address) are correct before completing checkout.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us at indieroseandcompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If approved, we will send you a replacement for the same item.
