Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and created within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–15 business days

    Delays may occur due to customs or factors beyond our control.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the product type, weight, and destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes, you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

How should I care for my items?

For apparel, we recommend machine washing cold and inside-out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results. Avoid ironing directly over printed designs.
